Safety & Guest Responsibility

All guests are expected to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

    • Footwear: Sturdy water shoes or footwear with ankle straps are required.

    • Clothing: Dress for the weather. Sun protection is recommended.

    • Behavior: No alcohol or drugs before/during the tour. Courtesy and environmental respect required.

    • Instructions: All guide instructions must be followed.

    • Right to Refuse Service: GeoTrippin’ reserves the right to deny service at any time due to safety or conduct concerns.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

    • 24-Hour Notice: Cancel with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund.

    • Under 24 Hours: Receive a gift card for future use.

    • No-Shows or Late Arrivals: Not eligible for refunds unless prior communication occurs. Late arrivals may be treated as no-shows; a 20% rebooking fee may apply.

Weather Policy

    • Tours run in typical Florida weather, including light rain.

    • Unsafe conditions (lightning, high winds) may delay or cancel tours.

    • If GeoTrippin’ cancels, a full refund is provided when rebooking isn’t possible.

Third-Party Bookings

If you booked through a travel agency or platform other than GeoTrippin.com:

    • All changes/refunds must go through the agency used to book.

    • GeoTrippin’ cancellations do not automatically trigger refunds with third-party vendors.

    • Refer to your confirmation email for the proper customer service contact.

Photo & Media Release

Guests may be photographed or filmed during tours. These may be used for social media or promotional purposes.

    • To opt out, mark the waiver at booking and inform your guide before the tour begins.

    • GeoTrippin’ cannot guarantee full exclusion unless explicitly requested in advance.

Minors & Accessibility

    • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

    • Reasonable accommodations for accessibility are available with advance notice.
